Grant cPanel Support Access - Login
To grant cPanel support access to your server, you must connect your server to the cPanel Customer Portal and transfer the necessary authentication details.
Click Log in to cPanel Customer Portal to establish a secure connection between your server and the cPanel Customer Portal.
Warning: If you suspect your server is root compromised, do not use this functionality. Contact cPanel support directly by using the
cPanel Customer Portal.
Info: If you need to remove cPanel support’s access to your system, and you do not have a cPanel Customer Portal account, use WHM’s
Manage root’s SSH Keys interface.
